New Legal Terminology

·       Acquittalabie- A qualifiable standpoint being found not guilty either by the  judge or jury giving from such verdict based on not only insufficient evidence, but also due to being incompetent ; based on factual evidence supported from the medical fields top professions.

Ex. Just because a detained citizen or a criminal defendant is found to be incompetent, doesn’t deem them to be labeled of insanity or of any such guilt based on the lack of un·sub·stan·tial evidence that has been given. As oppose to incompetent and still be found of any such guilt or insanity proven by the top high medical officials.
